We use this information to provide and improve the service, to bill you, to prevent abuse and to contact you about your account. We do not access the contents of your files except when needed to operate the service, to respond to a support request you make, or where required by law.

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run northfiles (such as hosting and payment processing), under agreements that require them to protect it, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep your files for as long as your account is active. When you delete a file or close your account, the data is removed from active systems and from backups within a reasonable period.
